We are looking for a skilled and experienced Truck Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Ryder System in New Stanton, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance tasks, diagnostics, and repairs on our heavy-duty vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake and tire work, and other basic tools
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic computers/software
  • Must have demonstrated advanced analytical and repair skills in vehicle maintenance

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an hourly rate of $34.28 per hour, plus opportunities for certification bonuses and quarterly performance incentives.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
