The Parking Attendant plays a crucial role in managing cash and electronic transactions with patrons utilizing parking facilities.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
• Ability to accurately provide change to customers
• 1 year of experience in customer service

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers warmly and professionally

• Utilize respectful communication to assist guests with inquiries, issues, and concerns

• Relay customer feedback and information to the shift lead or Operations Manager as needed

• Respond promptly to provide exceptional customer service

• Adhere to all company protocols and safety regulations

• Issue and collect visitor parking tickets

• Match visitor tickets to the parking rate schedule; collect appropriate payments and provide correct change

• Complete lost ticket documentation when original tickets are unavailable

• Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges; ensure accurate accounting of all funds in the cashier drawer

• Conduct revenue drops following specific site procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Answer phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, when necessary

• Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead

• Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and team members

Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 4pm-12:30am

Compensation: $12.60/hr
