Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all facility equipment, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and prevent potential issues.
- Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot malfunctions in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Operate and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor and control building functions.
- Collaborate with contractors and supervise subordinate staff as needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, along with experience in building maintenance and repair. Proficiency in computer systems and BMS is essential.
