Human Resources Assistant

The Customer Advocate role is critical to Safelite's success, as it provides the first point of contact for customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and follow-through on commitments.
Main Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in person and over the phone, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly;
• Manage work orders, confirmations, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and timely processing;
• Maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement;
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs;
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
• Familiarity with software applications, such as CRM systems and spreadsheets;
