Available Positions:
Full Time roles across all shifts:
Days: 6 am - 2 pm
Afternoons: 2 pm - 10 am
Nights: 10 pm - 6 am

Role Overview:
The Certified Nursing Aide plays a crucial role in delivering routine nursing and personal care to residents, ensuring the highest standards of quality care are upheld at all times. This position emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and the celebration of shared successes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate in resident reports at the beginning and end of shifts.
2. Deliver personal and nursing care according to individualized care plans.
3. Facilitate and engage residents in various activities.
4. Respond to resident requests with dignity and respect.
5. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for residents.
6. Assist residents in preparing for activities both inside and outside the facility.
7. Ensure all care is provided respectfully and compassionately.
8. Perform basic nursing procedures as needed.
9. Create a safe and comfortable environment for residents, meeting their needs effectively.
10. Ensure timely and compassionate food service for residents.
11. Keep accurate documentation of daily living activities and care programs.
12. Adhere to established policies, procedures, and safety standards.
13. Attend training and educational programs to maintain certification and improve care quality.
14. Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligibility to enroll and complete the program within a specified timeframe
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
