Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our consulting team at SilverTech, working closely with savings banks and banks on challenging customer projects. Our goal is to ensure the successful implementation and introduction of complex software solutions, and to accompany the development of applications until they are put into productive use.

Your Role as a Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, your tasks will be diverse, exciting, and demanding:

• You will gather functional requirements and create an IT-related specification based on them, serving as the basis for the IT implementation by the developer.
• You will communicate with business contacts and developers, acting as the interface between the two areas.
• You will create functional test cases and hand them over to the tester. If the tester detects any deviations during the test execution, you will be their first point of contact.
• You will take responsibility for a defined work package and communicate the progress to the project management.
