Outpatient Therapist Job Description

Overview:

Columbus Springs Dublin, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a passionate and patient-centric Outpatient Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team
  • Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT)
  • State licensure per state requirements
  • CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment
  • Prior experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
