We are seeking a Medical Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide clinical support to our healthcare providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with examinations and treatments, preparing examination rooms and maintaining accurate records.
- Administer medications under physician order, adhering to strict protocols and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including examination rooms and storage areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to patient inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A medical assistant certification or equivalent experience.
