Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide clinical support to our healthcare providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist healthcare providers with examinations and treatments, preparing examination rooms and maintaining accurate records.
  • Administer medications under physician order, adhering to strict protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including examination rooms and storage areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to patient inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A medical assistant certification or equivalent experience.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
