Mid-Level Security Specialist

WilsonHCG is seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Security Specialist to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our security integration team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining access control systems for our clients.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned security professional to take their career to the next level. You will work closely with our clients to understand their security needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your expertise in access control systems, including LenelS2, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, RS2, and AMAG, will be essential in delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement access control systems for clients
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing systems
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in access control systems
- Strong knowledge of access control systems, including LenelS2, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, RS2, and AMAG
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
