- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment by hand or using a dishwashing machine
- Clean and maintain kitchen work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Sweep, mop, clean, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas and transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
