Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Centstone. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide decentralized pharmacy services, including medication management and patient education.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal medication use.
  • Operate in an inpatient setting, utilizing EMR systems such as EPIC and Lexicomp.
  • Manage medication dispensing systems, including Omnicell and Central Pharm Robot.
Requirements
  • 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience, preferably in a similar-sized facility.
  • Experience with Vanco AUC dosing and IV pharmacist/compounding pharmacist skills are highly preferred.
  • AZ Pharmacist license and AHA BLS Certification are required.
  • AHA ACLS Certification and IV pharmacist/compounding pharmacist skills are preferred.
