We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Rittenhouse Store (Ellsworth & Rittenhouse). As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading an excellent customer and brand experience, promoting sales, and ensuring a seamless donation process.

• Accept and process donations from customers in a courteous and efficient manner
• Label and organize donations in the production room or sales floor
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all donors
• Assist with loading and unloading donations and merchandise
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
