Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic treatment team in Davenport, IA. As an LPN at Milan Laser, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding results for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with established protocols and procedures
  • Educate patients on the laser hair removal process and provide personalized pre- and post-treatment care recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to drive business growth and success
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment by delivering world-class patient care
  • Record accurate and detailed medical documentation in patients' electronic medical records
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, including prepping between patients
  • Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure optimal functionality
  • Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialists and Medical Management Specialists as needed
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license
  • Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Visual acuity to assess clients' skin and operate the laser
