Opportunity Overview
VSP Ventures Optometric Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Optometrist to join our team in Elk Grove, California. As a member of our team, you will provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and conditions in a high-end boutique clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform eye exams, diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular diseases, prescribe and dispense corrective lenses, and handle eye emergencies.
- Promote healthy vision through patient education while utilizing advanced diagnostic technology such as Optomap, OCT, vision therapy systems, and dry eye solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-trained staff to provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure.
- 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, management, leadership, and organizational skills, business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service.
