Powder Coating Specialist

Lippert is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of highly engineered products and customized solutions. We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Specialist to join our team in Shiner, TX.
Key Responsibilities- Complete the main powder coating process with precision and attention to detail.
- Move sandblasted grille guards into the paint booth and remove all debris using an air hose.
- Apply coatings following approved procedures and company quality standards.
- Maintain coating equipment to ensure daily functionality.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Lift truck operator experience preferred (training available).
- Manufacturing/industry experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve company goals.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to read and process written communication.
- Meet production goals and time deadlines.
- Work with minimum supervision.
- Competency in coating procedures.
- Ability to rotate to other production positions as needed.
- Operate appropriate equipment.
- Physically lift and maneuver weights in excess of 50 pounds.
- Successful problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit tact and diplomacy in professional relationships.
- Work under physically and mentally stressful situations.
- Prioritize and adapt to changes throughout the day.
This is a full-time hourly position for 2nd shift in our Shiner, TX plant. The starting pay for this role is $16.00/hr + $1.00 Shift premium.
