**Soliant School Psychologist Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Psychologist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our education staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs.

Estimated Salary: $57,000 - $67,000 per year

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity working with students from kindergarten to 12th grade. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, interpreting results, and developing effective interventions to support student learning and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' cognitive abilities, academic skills, social-emotional functioning, and developmental levels.
  • Provide expert insights to inform instructional planning, intervention strategies, and individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other educational professionals to develop and implement effective interventions and behavior management strategies.
  • Offer counseling and support services to students individually or in group settings, addressing various social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
  • Consult with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders to foster effective partnerships and support students' overall well-being and academic success.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including 504 meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and contribute expertise in addressing students' needs and goal-setting.
  • Stay current with research, best practices, and legal requirements related to school psychology and special education.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting assessment results.
  • Sound knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of various behavioral intervention strategies and positive behavior support systems.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
