About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Healthpro Heritage, LLC. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans, providing direct patient care, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
