The Role of Head Baker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team. As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for maintaining the pace of the bakery, ensuring high-quality cookies, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our General Manager to achieve our goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Set the flow for the day, maintaining the pace of the bakery to uphold top customer service and ensure tasks stay on track.
  • Work closely with our General Manager to ensure high-quality cookies and a remarkable guest experience.
  • Assist with the daily operations of our store and use your innate ability to engage and inspire the team to deliver world-renowned customer service.
  • Help train team members with an individualized approach and commit to the success of the team.
Requirements
  • Restaurant leadership experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred but not required.
  • Must have some night/closing availability.
  • Food and Allergen Certification preferred but not required. (training is available)
