Job Description
As a Paid Media Coordinator at Fullbay, you will be responsible for managing self-serve campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and more. Your primary goal will be to assist in pacing and optimizations to ensure budgets are spent efficiently to hit monthly and quarterly KPIs across all stages of the marketing funnel. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate pacing documentation, ongoing paid search and social media monitoring, and optimization of evergreen and seasonal media campaigns.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining accurate pacing documentation ensures that budget alignment with media plan projections is achieved.
  2. You will be responsible for ongoing paid search and social media monitoring and optimization of evergreen and seasonal media campaigns.
  3. Staying up-to-date with trends and updates in paid media platforms, algorithms, and best practices is essential for your success in this role.
  4. Researching, executing, and launching new campaigns across various self-serve platforms is a key responsibility of this position.
  5. You will deploy A/B testing and CRO tactics on a regular basis to improve campaign performance.
  6. Providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns is critical to your success in this role.
  7. Collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging ad content and visuals is an important aspect of this position.
  8. Monitoring campaigns to ensure proper pacing and performance is essential to ensuring that budgets are spent efficiently.
  9. You will conduct competitive analysis and research to stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Adhering to all confidentiality and compliance regulations is mandatory.
  11. Performing other duties as assigned is a requirement of this position.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Google Search, Display, & Video Certification is required.
  • You must have at least 2 years of PPC management experience, preferably in the B2B Saas industry.
  • At least 2 years of paid social media experience is necessary.
  • A/B Testing Experience is a requirement.
