Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Electrical Systems Manager and Control Systems Subject Matter Expert. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electrical and control systems engineering, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced electrical and control systems concepts that align with industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in electrical and control systems engineering, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Maintain and improve existing engineering designs, specifications, and processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in electrical and control systems engineering, with a strong background in leadership and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, exceeding client expectations, and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional technical skills, including expertise in electrical design, control systems, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing, with the ability to obtain licenses in multiple states.
