Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including vital sign measurements, medication administration, and wound care.
- Assist with clinical procedures, such as preparing patients for exams and procedures, and transporting patients to and from departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care and nursing practices.
- Currently enrolled in a nursing program accredited by the Nursing Care Quality Assurance Commission, Washington State Department of Health, or other state nursing approval body for out-of-state residents.

- Completed one quarter or semester, which includes a clinical rotation.
- School-sanctioned skills checklist.
- Washington Nursing Technician Registration upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
