Job Title: Mitigation Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers who have experienced damage to their properties due to floods, fire, mold, broken pipes, or malfunctioning appliances.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
  • Assemble temporary equipment or structure and prepare hazardous materials for removal or storage.
  • Clean and maintain equipment used in daily tasks.
  • Demolish damaged property and materials.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
