Position Summary:
The Concierge Errand Runner is responsible for delivering premium customer service with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor. The primary duty involves assisting clients with local errands while adhering to established guidelines. This role requires building strong relationships with customers and informing them about Circles Concierge offerings. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, a strong grasp of technology, and possess a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with local businesses, entertainment options, and travel arrangements is essential. A deep connection to the Green Bay community and a dedication to enhancing the lives of its residents are highly valued. Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or travel sectors is preferred.

Work Schedule:
This is a TEMP to PERM, PART TIME position, requiring a total of 15 hours per week, scheduled from Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role ranges from $20 to $21.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct local errands efficiently;

  • Coordinate and schedule services with local and national partners; consistently deliver top-tier customer service in a structured environment;
  • Manage customer relationships while accurately documenting case details and outcomes;

  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times;
  • Foster meaningful relationships through face-to-face interactions with vendors;
  • Respond to requests from employees and guests in a courteous and timely manner;
  • Collaborate with management on new initiatives and ideas;
  • Assist in selecting and purchasing gifts and flowers;
  • Conduct product comparisons and research information;
  • Possess a thorough understanding of Circles services, vision, and mission;
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks daily with excellent communication skills;
  • Strong familiarity with navigating the Green Bay area;
  • Comfortable with frequent driving to complete errands;
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience;
  • Reliable transportation is required;
  • Must maintain a clean driving record;
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
