- Conduct community tours and showcase the lifestyle we offer.
- Stay up-to-date on local market conditions and trends.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to contribute ideas and insights.
- Interact with residents and their families to address concerns and resolve business office matters.
- Work closely with the Sales Counselor to develop and review marketing plans.
- Coordinate the move-in process for new residents.
Requirements:
- College degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency, with knowledge of Excel preferred.
- Desire to grow and learn.
- Weekend days occasionally required.
