Position Summary:

Baylor Scott & White Health is actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to enhance our practice in Central Texas. This role provides opportunities for leadership within the department and offers a comprehensive suite of specialized, high-risk obstetric care. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with obstetric care providers to deliver multidisciplinary support tailored to high-risk pregnancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a thriving MFM practice with expansion opportunities.
  • Potential for leadership roles within the department/division.
  • Preferred experience in fetal echocardiography.
  • Engage in both outpatient and inpatient consultative practices, supported by an excellent clinical team.
  • Access to a large referral network of approximately 15 obstetricians, with an annual average of 2800 deliveries.
  • Involvement in resident education and mentorship.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality care with manageable patient volumes and the potential for rapid growth.
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary approach to maternal and fetal health.
  • Utilize a full range of Maternal Fetal Medicine services, including Level II ultrasounds and various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Share MFM call responsibilities with another perinatologist.
