We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for greeting members and guests, answering phone calls, processing transactions, and responding to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-ups, and conducting tours.
• Facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

Requirements

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability are must-haves.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Estimated Salary:** $15-$20 per hour
