Wireline Groundhand Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Groundhand to join our team at ADB Companies. As a Groundhand, you will play a critical role in assisting aerial crews with line maintenance, repair, and construction.

• Perform various aerial construction labor tasks, including preparing and assembling line apparatus, installing ground rods and anchors, and operating construction equipment.
• Ensure job site safety and cleanliness, and maintain proper inventory on vehicles.
• Safely use hand tools and equipment, and perform heavy lifting as required.
• Assist in hoisting aerial poles and set up safe perimeters using signage, cones, and safety barriers.

• Valid Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel nationwide and work in a variety of physical positions, including climbing, sitting, standing, walking, and driving.

• DL Non-CDL.
