Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with basic computer proficiency.
  • High energy levels and the capacity to collaborate effectively with staff, children, and parents, fostering a supportive team environment.
  • A solid understanding of child development principles.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and health screening.
  • The physical ability to engage in frequent walking, handling objects, and interacting with children at various levels, including the capacity to kneel, bend, squat, or crawl as necessary.

Additional Requirements
Candidates must be able to:

  • Detect a child in distress from a distance of up to 25 feet.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 lbs consistently throughout the day.
  • Comfortably sit on the floor with children and rise quickly when needed.
