Job Title: Injection Molding Operator

Tramec Plastics & Composites is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Operator to join our team in Wellington, KS.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Injection Molding Operator to operate injection molding presses, monitor processes, and ensure the quality of produced parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate injection molding presses to produce high-quality parts.
  • Monitor processes and quality control to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of line improvements.
Requirements:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in manufacturing.
  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer programs.
