Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with a California Bar License from an accredited law school and 1+ years of relevant construction defect experience to join our team. This is a hybrid role that requires occasional work at our office, with flexibility to work with the applicant's schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and writing
  • Document review
  • Preparing and responding to discovery
  • Expert preparation and meetings
  • Depositions, mediations, and preparation for trial and arbitration hearings
  • Strong legal brief writing and regular reporting to clients

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • 1+ years of experience in Construction Defect Litigation
  • Bar membership in good standing in California
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a small team environment
  • Demonstrated interest in Construction and Construction Defect litigation

Benefits

Salary for this position is commensurate with experience and includes health insurance, dental insurance, and a bonus structure for exceeding minimum hourly requirements.
