LPN Med-Surg Nurse

We are seeking a skilled LPN Med-Surg to join our team at Northern Louisiana Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care by applying skills and techniques common to the practice of vocational nursing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Perform tasks related to patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse
The LPN Med-Surg will work with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with acute and chronic conditions/diagnosis requiring medical intervention.
Requirements- Current LPN licensure in the state of Louisiana
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
