At M.C. Dean\u2019s Maritime Division, we work at shipyards around the world from our regional offices in Chesapeake, VA, and San Diego, CA. We are seeking a skilled Ship/Submarine Management Analyst to support C4ISR system installations on ships and submarines.



**Key Responsibilities:**



* Develop and implement project schedules to ensure timely completion of C4ISR system installations


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks


* Analyze project data to inform scheduling decisions and optimize resource allocation


* Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders through regular reporting and updates



**Requirements:**



* 5,000 hours of professional scheduling experience within the past nine years


* Alternatively, 3,500 hours with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification


* Strong understanding of project lifecycle, stakeholder impact analysis, and change management control


* Proficiency in project management software and scheduling data management information systems


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements



**Physical Requirements and Safety Certifications:**



* Occupation Safety Haz-Mat certification


* Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification



**Security and Work Locations:**



* Work is primarily in San Diego, CA and Norfolk, VA, with occasional travel to other shipyards in the USA and to other Navy ports outside the USA


* Must be a US citizen eligible for clearance and pass a background investigation


* Valid driver\u2019s license

* Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
