Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Head to lead our Communication and Service team at Apex Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, managing projects, and overseeing the department's daily operations.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Apex Solutions, focusing on communication, sales promotion, and customer service.
• Conceptualize, coordinate, and manage projects and tasks in the field of marketing communication and service-related activities.
• Conduct internal and cross-company coordination to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
• Lead and manage a team of 7 employees, providing professional and disciplinary guidance to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Structure, develop, and improve work processes, standards, and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead working groups and committees to drive innovation and progress within the department.

• Master's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Strong interest in public and regional transportation, with knowledge of the market and region an advantage.
• Excellent moderation and conflict management skills, with a strong customer orientation.
• Teamwork, commitment, and a willingness to take responsibility are essential.
• Solid MS Office skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
