The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews and assisting with the preparation, completion, and notarization of family court documents. Additionally, this position requires performing case screenings, intake, and coordination for family law cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Serves as Intake Specialist for Behavioral Health Services, conducting intake interviews to assess the appropriate level of care.
- Has knowledge and skills related to developmental stages of children and special needs of the geriatric population.
- Utilizes cultural, spiritual, and social groups' relationship to deliverance and acceptance of healthcare.
- Receives incoming inquiry calls and interviews 'walk-ins' to establish viability for services.
- Serves as client liaison, providing accurate, complete interviews of client needs and making appropriate referrals.
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of a Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field or a Tennessee RN license. Previous experience in Behavioral Health assessment and/or treatment is also required. At least one year of previous experience on an inpatient Behavioral Health Unit is preferred.
