Job Responsibilities: As a Department Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to department staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing schedules and coordinating meetings
  • Providing excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff
  • Assisting with event planning and logistics
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
