Overview:
We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Senior Civil Engineer and Operations Supervisor. This position involves a variety of responsibilities in the field of civil engineering and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and development of residential subdivisions and land projects
  • Manage zoning and approval processes
  • Oversee stormwater management systems
  • Prepare site design, grading, and erosion control plans
  • Coordinate site utilities
  • Handle PennDOT and DEP permitting
  • Conduct hydraulic calculations
  • Estimate project costs
  • Prepare project proposals and manage contracts, reports, and invoicing
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage junior engineers and designers

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer license
  • Demonstrated experience in land development
  • Strong organizational, technical, and communication abilities
  • Experience in project and client management
  • Proven track record in managing and developing junior staff
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D software
  • Valid driver's license for travel to project sites
  • Willingness to attend evening meetings as necessary
  • Ability to obtain necessary clearances for projects
