• Personalize the guest experience by learning names and drink preferences.
• Coordinate food orders from the bar area with the kitchen staff.
• Stay up-to-date on menu offerings and make recommendations to guests.
• Upsell food and drink items to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to company standards.
• Accurately process transactions in the POS system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• Wear company-approved uniform and maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash and credit transactions, and make change accurately.
• Respond calmly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns.
• Pass bar validation and maintain a responsible serving attitude.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, lifting 30-pound cases and carrying them short distances.
