Shift Manager

The Shift Manager - Hourly Restaurant will be responsible for leading a team of hourly employees to provide exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales goals. This individual will be expected to manage daily operations, including supervising staff, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and developing marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of hourly employees to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage daily operations, including supervising staff and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve profitability.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management.
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Team Member and a Certified coach (internal)
- or one year of external restaurant experience with a college degree preferred (external)
- Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards for all hourly positions

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
