We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Progressive Insurance. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

About the Role:

  • We offer a competitive salary of $20.25 per hour or $21.50 per hour depending on the role, plus gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 8% - 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
  • You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with accurate and timely information about their insurance policies.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from home, utilizing your own high-speed internet connection, and a computer provided by us.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience is required.
  • You must be fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • You will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
