Role Objective: The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will support the Maintenance Manager in enhancing organizational efficiency and ensuring adherence to the Company Quality Policy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred)
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated self-motivation, reliability, and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship building
- Consistent work history, including attendance
(Minimum qualifications are reviewed annually to align with the evolving demands of various roles; employees hired prior to the latest revision may not meet all current standards.)
Key Responsibilities:
Standard Operations:
- Receive maintenance requests from production, log details, and prioritize dispatching maintenance personnel
- Collaborate with suppliers for parts quotations, create requisitions using EAM, and monitor parts status
- Update daily reports and maintain spreadsheets
- Organize daily preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
- Document any changes in maintenance procedures
- Check the delivery status of outstanding purchase orders
- Inform maintenance team leaders of significant machine downtimes
- Serve as a backup for the PM scheduler/planner
Team Collaboration:
- Assist in production support tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
- Report any equipment or facility damage to the Team Leader that may occur during operations.
Organization, Communication, and Professionalism:
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to foster teamwork and enhance communication.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on all relevant information to team members and management.
- Exhibit consistent attendance and work the necessary hours to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Maintain an organized and efficient personal workspace.
- Adhere to and support company policies and procedures, including ISO, IATF 16949, and safety regulations.
- Accept tasks and instructions positively.
