The Palms of Mt. Pleasant is seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for residents and their guests.
Job SummaryWe are committed to delivering high-quality food service, and as a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal. The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety and sanitation practices.
Responsibilities- Service: Prepare and serve meals for residents and their guests, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of quality dishes. Remain flexible and agile in responding to dietary needs and requests.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to outlined safety regulations and procedures.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred 1-year experience as a cook or in a similar culinary environment.
- Strong working knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety and sanitation practices.
This position requires standing, stopping, squatting, twisting, and moving frequently, with the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. You will also need to demonstrate flexibility and innovation in a fast-paced culinary environment.
Estimated Salary Range$40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
