Developmental Learning Specialist

The Role
We are looking for a skilled Developmental Learning Specialist to join our team. As a Developmental Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social programs that enhance children's knowledge, language and literacy development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans for all children, including those with diagnosed disabilities; evaluate and document children's progress by observing and documenting children's play, conversations, routines/schedules, health checks and work samples, and through conversations with families.
- Implement healthy, accepting attitudes toward children's bodies and their functions.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Ability to work with and teach infants and toddlers.
