About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Care Specialist to join our team at Alternative Wellness Services Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering clients with high-quality behavioral health services.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the health and well-being of our neighbors in need. You will have the chance to work closely with clients to understand and address their behavioral health needs, physical health needs, and other psychosocial factors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and strengths
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources
  • Promote health and wellness through education and support
  • Advocate for clients' rights and support their families in accessing necessary services
  • Facilitate small group sessions to provide additional support to clients
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,200 - $68,640 based on 20 hours per week. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including free health insurance, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays and generous paid time off, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, 401k, mileage reimbursement, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
