About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PLC Programmer to join our team at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our site's controls programs, ensuring seamless integration with our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement PLC Programs: Design, test, and troubleshoot controls systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Configure and Troubleshoot Networking Components: Ensure seamless integration of controls systems with our manufacturing processes.
  • Prepare and Verify Working Procedures: Assist process engineering in preparing and verifying working and test procedures for production activities.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical guidance and support to service technicians and other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Instrumentation or Related Field
  • 1-3 Years of Experience in Industrial Controls/PLC Programming
  • Hands-on Knowledge of Complex Instrumentation and Controls Systems
  • Familiarity with Foundation Field Bus Protocol Systems and Infrastructure
  • Experience with SCADA Systems Architecture
  • Strong Computer Skills (MS-Excel, Word, Google Mail, Drive, etc.)
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to Work Well with Others at All Levels of the Organization
