PacifiCorp is seeking a skilled Journeyman Lineman to join their team in Klamath Falls, Oregon. As a key member of the Power Delivery department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, including transmission and distribution lines.

• Perform equipment operations duties, including new installations and maintenance, in accordance with Section 15.37.
• Meet the qualifications set forth in the Agreement and provide satisfactory proof of experience and knowledge.
• Work safely and efficiently to ensure the reliability and quality of electrical systems.

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A Journeyman Lineman certification or testing through IBEW Local 659.
• Completion of a formal training program for a Journeyman Lineman.
• Must meet examining board review of skills and experience.
• Candidate must have formal hot stick training and experience.
• Must own, or be able to obtain, a Class A Commercial Driver's License.

The job duties of Lineman require lifting in excess of 75 lbs, carrying in excess of 75 lbs, and pushing and pulling in excess of 100 lbs of exertional force. Job duties also require sustained, awkward positions/postures, including bending and twisting at the waist and neck.
