We are looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to assist in the operations of our retail and medical spa locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage retail operations, including opening and closing procedures and scheduling appointments.
  • Promote the location and team members through various social media platforms.
  • Support the achievement of designated service and retail sales targets.
  • Assist with inventory management, laundry, and other operational duties.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our retail offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience in retail, sales, or the beauty sector.
  • At least one year of experience in an aesthetics treatment environment.
  • Valid Aesthetician license in Wisconsin.
  • Skilled in social media marketing (Tiktok, Instagram, IG TV, Facebook, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with Zenoti is advantageous but not mandatory.
