Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
  • No educational qualifications required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service
  • At least one year of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide team members effectively
  • Facilitate communication among team members, clients, and management
  • Address performance issues and report them to the Supervisor
  • Assist in training new cleaning staff
  • Organize work assignments for the team
  • Help create daily and weekly work schedules
  • Supervise and carry out cleaning tasks in designated areas
  • Manage the security of keys and access cards
  • Report maintenance issues as needed
  • Ensure premises are secure at all times
  • Collaborate with management to schedule jobs with the Property Manager and cleaning crew
  • Monitor job quality and confirm completion with management
  • Provide training for all new hires assigned to the building
  • Conduct weekly checks on supplies, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
  • Complete order forms accurately and thoroughly
  • Coordinate the use and inventory of equipment
