Job Summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join their team in a travel position. As a key member of the healthcare team, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient imaging procedures and results
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography
  • Experience working with CT scanners and other imaging equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining a safe and clean work environment
