Position Overview:

The Clinical Nurse Manager will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care by utilizing the nursing process, adhering to the medical care plan, and following organizational protocols. Responsibilities encompass educating patients and their families about surgical interventions, evaluating patient records, offering emotional support, facilitating patient discharges, and ensuring surgical areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Work Schedule:

Rotating Schedule – Days

Compensation:

$52.00/hour, commensurate with experience

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Current ACLS/BLS certification
  • Strong customer service skills
Desirable Attributes:
  • Experience in an outpatient care environment
  • Background in operating room circulation
