Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school environment. The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for individuals with communication and swallowing challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of speech, language, and swallowing capabilities
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and objectives
  • Deliver therapy services to enhance speech articulation, language understanding, and swallowing function
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, educators, and caregivers, to provide comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment results

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for certification
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure in New York state
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
  • Experience with AAC devices is a plus
